Jennifer Robertson has worked in a broad range of technical, management and professional roles. In her current role, Jennifer is Head of Service Design, leading a team of specialists working on large scale change at the University of Glasgow. Jennifer has led many service design and service redesign projects, developing innovative services with a focus on user centred design. Projects have included launching a first in Scotland Family Study Lounge within a main University Library, designing large scale frontline service offerings and developing holistic solutions that integrate the physical environment with digital service solutions and face to face provision. Professionally, Jennifer approaches her work with a sense of humour and a true dedication to delivering excellent and inclusive services to all users.
Jennifer has been a keen learner throughout her career, and has multiple qualifications, including degrees in Computer Science and Human Resources Management, MCIPD and other professional qualifications. In her personal life, Jennifer spends her time being the proud parent of two funny and bright girls and enjoys developing her passion of cooking, gardening and grabs all opportunities to get lost in a great book!
