Jozanne is a lawyer with Scottish law firm MacRoberts and works across the private, public, and third sectors advising on commercial contracts, intellectual property, data protection, and other regulatory matters, including charity law. Working across such diverse industries Jozanne aims to bring her experience and knowledge from the commercial sphere into her work with the third sector, and vice versa.
Jozanne has been involved with a range of different charities, both in a voluntary capacity and in her role as a lawyer, and is passionate about seeing Scotland’s third sector grow. With a young daughter of her own Jozanne has a deep respect for charities working with children and prior to joining Aberlour’s board was a trustee of a Glasgow-based children’s charity for over 5 years.
